Roundcube is an excellent free open-source webmail solution with a desktop-like user interface that comes bundled with your cPanel hosting.
LOGIN
Log into your Roundcube mail via https://webmail.<yourdomain.here>
SETTINGS
If you are automatically logged to Roundcube - please select Webmail Home
.Navigate to Manage your Inbox and select Autoresponders
Click on Add Autroresponder
The proceed to setup the autoresponder subject and body content.
